1. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your artificial Christmas tree within 30 days of delivery.

2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through the “Contact Us” page on our website or by emailing us at [email protected]. Please include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting information or photos. Our team will guide you through the return process.

3. All returned products must be in unused and original condition, with all parts and accessories included. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA). Please clearly write this RMA number on the outside of your package when returning the item. Returns without a valid RMA number may be refused.

5. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and timely return delivery.

6. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

7. Please note that personalized or custom-made artificial Christmas trees are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
